  • Welcome to our wedding world!

We could talk in third person and tell you about our style and accomplishments...but we won't. That's not who we are or what we are about. We are about our personal relationships with our clients. We have made the most amazing connections with our happy couples, their friends and family and that is what we treasure most! We hope this BLOG will give you insight into us and our wedding world we have been so completely immersed in for over 19 years. We tell our clients that we eat, sleep & breath weddings and that's not an exaggeration! No doubt that wedding photography and the entire wedding industry has changed beyond belief since we first started this journey, but we like to think that we have cherry picked the best parts and left the rest behind. We are always striving to exceed our clients expectation (and our own for that matter) and we love pushing the envelope. We are truly blessed to do what we love together as husband and wife - Capturing the love, joy and soul of a couple just beginning this fantastic journey of marriage. So if you love weddings like we do...hang out here with us, leave a comment or two, come back often and celebrate with our clients. (hey, maybe you will be one too!)

“A Royal Wedding”

While the world was watching England’s Royal Wedding, we had the honor of attending Nashville’s very own “Royal Wedding”.

Lyndsey & Clark’s 4.30.11 celebration was beyond description. Wedding Planner Helen Morisette partnered with decorator extraordinaire, Terry White of the English Garden.

Every detail was exquisite. The day began at the brides incredibly beautiful home and it just kept getting better!

Her royal court…

Lyndsey is definitely a daddy’s girl.   Clark worked for Spalding and they made him a commemorative basketball. Now that’s a slam dunk!

Woodmont Christian Church is one of our favorite Nashville Sanctuary’s! It was the perfect backdrop for such a regal ceremony!

Frist Center for the Visual Arts couldn’t have been a better choice for Lyndsey & Clark to celebrate with four hundred of their closest friends and family!  It was beyond beautiful, the food was fit for a king, and the reception looked like the royal palace. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Did I mention the cakes?! As if it couldn’t get any better, Dessert Designs made not one but TWO masterpieces for this royal couple! YUM YUM YUM!

One of my favorite shots from the day is Lyndsey and her father embracing one another during the father-daughter dance. *sigh*

And they lived happily ever after!

Nashville Wedding Photography • Belle Meade Plantation • Zach & Amanda!

Zach & Amanda both grew up with a twin sister. They soon discovered that they had even more in common than that. I’m sure you can feel their connection through these pictures!

Wedding Planner Alice Hendry was the perfect choice to create their dream wedding on 4/23/11!

It was a picture perfect day at Belle Meade Plantation. Every detail matched this couples style and personality.

How cute are those boutonnieres by A Village of Flowers?!

In lieu of a best man, Zach chose his twin sister to stand by his side where she has been his whole life.

What a beautiful evening at the Plantation.

This is my favorite time of night for a photo session!

The French Confection’s beautiful cake was just the right centerpiece for the stable house.

Not a dry eye in the house!

Even the videographer was a twin! Premier Video (:

 A Matchless Getaway!

We wish you a happy life, Zach & Amanda!

Nashville Wedding Photography • Belle Meade Plantation • Keaton & Alex!

As promised we bring to you a miniature horse, a hot dog stand, and the cutest couple this side of the Mason-Dixon line!

Keaton & Alex chose the Calvary Methodist Church for their incredible ceremony location! Karen Kaforey of Signature Events created an extraordinary celebration filled with unexpected treats!

Keaton’s daddy always promised he would get Keaton her dream pony. Bonnie the miniature horse was Keaton’s surprise guest!

Not to be outdone, Alex was given his dream cuisine at his reception in the form of a one of a kind hot dog stand!

And the wedding cake…oh yes please! Dessert Designs’ amazing deliciousness was too good not to taste! Oh how I love Leeland Riggins sweet treats!

It was a chilly night, but Belle Meade Plantation was warm and inviting. Everyone had a blast!

Alex and Keaton…Thank you for trusting us to tell your story! True love has no ending…

Nashville Wedding Photography • Vine Street Christian Church • Shayna & Deji!

Shayna & Deji were able to honor their Nigerian heritage throughout their 4.09.11 wedding festivities.

Angela Proffitt of Elegant Weddings by Angela was able to pull off this unique and fun wedding full of life, laughter, and celebration!

Enjoy these photos as you get a feel for this unforgettable day!

Don’t you just love how Vine Street Christian Church‘s decor coordinates so well with Deji & Shayna’s color theme? That’s what a good design team can do for you!

The cutest balloon release ever! True story~we took the trolly to the Shelby Street Bridge for photos and we saw the balloons flying above us! It was quite a moment!

And then to the Hutton Hotel for the most outrageously beautiful and fun reception!

The money shot!
